Team

Raymonde Wilson

Raymonde started his professional career in construction by training as a plumbing and heating engineer. He worked for several subcontracting companies, where he was involved in office refurbishments and shop fit outs. In 1995, he played a key role in the fit out of the flagship Nike Town Store at Oxford Circus.

An Entrepreneur at heart, Raymonde set up his own construction company called Onsite Developments in 2001 focusing on delivering medium to large refurbishment commercial and housing schemes and small new build projects. In 2007, he formed Onsite Developments Design & Construction Limited and started building new homes as a developer in his own right and also for private clients.

We are looking forward to continuing to work with some of our established Housing Association partners, and also to develop new homes in our own right for open market sale.
